    I'd say around 3k.

Obviously joking, I'd say around 1k.

2k is pretty ridiculous, only 1,579 people have that atm, and the guy who is in spot 1,579 atm has done under the timer on 18, 17, 16, 17, 17, 16, 18, 18, 18, 17

That does NOT represent your average player, I'd say 2k+ is a fantastic score, way way better than merely 'good'.

Most folk probably have done most 10s under timer with the occasional 11 or 12. People who are in the 15+ game are above average. Considerably.

1k is easy to get without trying (those who just want 10s done and dont care to push can get close to 1.1) 1.2k you need to try a little and 1.4 upwards id say is a decent score for the average player who is trying.

I'd say like 1550ish or 1600. Since there's 10 dungeons and you get ~10 pts per level you complete on time (it goes up as key level gets higher) that equates to an average of timing every dungeon on 15. 1500 puts you at around top 3000 in the US for dps, or around top 1000 for tank and healer.

1600 or so, that means you've completed most on 15 without tryharding too much

Think about it in the context of what score someone could pay to be carried to. There's plenty of people at 1000-1100 just from buying weekly 10s. 1k means absolutely nothing now. 12-1400 is the score of people that try a little bit to push, but not frequently and don't have a solid group, or they often cause wipes. 1500+ is a score where you can be reasonably sure that anyone with that score is a good player. They'll do damage and use their utility properly. As you hit 1600 and above, those are people that are really motivated to do keys, and you can generally assume they're not a bad pick.

Score doesn't matter as much as individual dungeon runs.

Have ran with plenty of dps who don't interrupt important casts and pump out mediocre numbers who have timed 15s,16s and 17s. When I look them up they only have times on easy weeks like volcanic tyrannical or bursting tyrannical. Ironically these guys tend to have the most inflated egos, and are the most toxic if something gos wrong or if the dungeon isn't ran exactly how they're used to.

People who have timed runs on harder affixes and lots of overall runs-- even if their overall score is lower tend to be less toxic and more flexible than the above.

    In what context?

If you want to do a weekly +10/11, I'd say 1k allows you to get into a lot of groups and is a good enough showing that I wouldn't turn you away no matter your spec. 1.5k means you keyed most dungeons on a +15 and is what I would call a great score for all but the most push-oriented teams.

I always think that "my score + 100" is a good score. But then I get 100 more points and always realize that the people with this score are as bad as me, just puny little mortals.

Same happens in real life. No matter how high you climb in your career or in hobby-related achievements... Nothing really changes. There are many people capable of achieving 1% in any area, most of them just lack interest or motivation in achieving that. And they are not worse off for doing that. As long as you invest your time in something you like, something constructive, you're good.

I'm basically a super casual and have ~900 score right now, so a good score (assuming you have done all +10s in time, or more - that's generally the stepping stone to having good score/having good runs really), it'd have to be around 1.1k+. That's also what is often asked for, so...

Raider IO score means fuckall. People who buy a carry every week have 1K+ yet don't know a fucking thing in dungeons. I've watched people interrupt wrong shit in underrot time and time again, after being told to not interrupt that ability, yet have 1.4K score. The first bridge packs in Underrot come to minds when people interrupt her basic cast. Even worse are the ones with 1.4K who don't even know what an interrupt is. As a tank, that seriously pisses me off when I've assigned an interrupt order and someone never fucking interrupts and wipes the group, and ofcourse it's the tanks fault. And people wonder why there's a "lack of tanks"?

  • 2019-01-02,07:38 AM #18

If all you want to do is 10/11s then 1.4k+ is a score that will get you invited to most groups.

How does one improve their score? Mine is like 400 but I do my +10 weekly, sometimes 2-3x a week. Would go higher but ilvl is limited by low weapons

Anything above 1k is useless, because you only need +10 for your weekly chest.
